3. Digital Products
All digital downloads are final sale.
Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are provided once access has been granted.
4. Online Courses
Online courses may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- You have not substantially completed the course; and
- You submit your refund request in writing within the 7-day period.
After 7 days, all course purchases are non-refundable.
Access to course materials may be revoked if a refund is issued.
5. Mentoring Services
Mentoring programs and private sessions are offered on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for mentoring are not guaranteed and will be assessed individually.
Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
6. Webinars & Live Events
Free webinars are provided at Fiona Soutter’s discretion.
Paid webinars are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Fiona Soutter provides educational and mentoring services.
Results vary from person to person.
You acknowledge that:
- Business outcomes are not guaranteed
- Financial results are not guaranteed
- Personal transformation outcomes are not guaranteed
Your results depend on your own effort, decisions and circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, Fiona Soutter is not liable for:
- Any loss of income or revenue
- Business losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Personal decisions made based on content
