Personal Insight
For years, I struggled with maintaining boundaries, especially in my business relationships. I would take on more work than I could handle, stay silent when treated inappropriately, or compromise my needs to keep others comfortable. What I didn’t realize was how much energy this required—energy that could have been directed toward growth and creativity.
The turning point came when I recognized that my difficulty with boundaries wasn’t just about avoiding conflict; it reflected a deeper pattern of not fully honoring my worth. As I began setting and maintaining clear boundaries, not only did my relationships become more authentic, but my relationship with myself transformed. Each boundary I maintained was a declaration of my inherent worth.
