Personal Insight
When I discovered my limiting belief that “success belongs to other people,” I began using this pattern interruption technique. At first, it felt awkward, almost like I was pretending. But I continued practicing, especially during business decisions. Over time, the new belief – “I am capable and deserving of success” – began to feel more natural, and my actions started to align with this new perspective.
What surprised me most was how quickly the interruption created a sense of choice where there had previously been only automatic reaction. Even before the new belief felt fully natural, the simple pause created space for new possibilities.
