Personal Insight

Creating my self-love vision was a pivotal moment in my journey. Until then, my practice had felt somewhat fragmented – valuable tools and insights, but without a clear, unifying direction. My vision gave shape and purpose to my daily choices.

What surprised me most was how this vision gradually transformed my decision-making. When facing choices about my time, relationships, or commitments, I began naturally asking, “Does this align with my vision of self-love?” This simple question created clarity where I’d previously struggled with people-pleasing and overcommitment.

My vision wasn’t static – it evolved as I grew. Certain elements became more important, others less so. But the core essence remained consistent: a commitment to relating to myself with the same compassion, respect, and care I would offer someone I deeply loved.

This vision became my north star – not a destination to reach, but a direction to move toward, one choice at a time.
